PMOpack
Trust

Trust the record, not a promise.

AI helps write your report. PMOpack checks it against the project data you saved. You choose what happens next, and the app keeps a clear record.

What makes PMOpack different

Four ways PMOpack earns trust.

01THE APP CHECKS

AI writes a first draft. PMOpack checks it.

The app checks the draft against your saved project data. AI does not decide whether the report passes.

The app — not the AI — sets the result.
02NO FALSE GREEN TICKS

No check means no green tick.

If PMOpack did not run a check, it says so. If a check breaks, the report cannot pass.

Missing and broken checks stay visible.
03YOU STAY IN CHARGE

A person stays in charge.

PMOpack does not publish reports on its own. Today, it can publish SteerCo packs only, and it waits for a signed-in workspace member's request. A serious issue must be fixed, or an owner or admin must explain why it is accepted.

There is no automatic publishing.
04HISTORY STAYS

Report fixes do not erase the trail.

A report correction saves a new version instead of rewriting the old one. PMOpack also keeps the checks and accepted issues for the report.

The report history stays visible.

Build a report

From what you have to a report you can use.

Use the project information you already have, or start fresh. You stay in control at each step.

  1. Step 1

Bring what you have — or start fresh.

Upload a supported project file. If your information is in notes or other materials, enter the key facts by hand. Or build a new project record from scratch with the guided form.

  2. Step 2

    Check the project facts.

Review what PMOpack read from your file, or check the facts you entered, before saving the project record.

  3. Step 3

    Choose a report.

Pick a Working Group report, SteerCo pack, status report or another report in the app.

  4. Step 4

    Create the first draft.

AI uses the project facts you saved to help write the report.

  5. Step 5

    Check and fix.

PMOpack checks the draft. Fix any serious issue, or an owner or admin records why the team accepts it. If the PDF was blocked, generate the report again.

  6. Step 6

    Open your report.

When the PDF is ready, open or download it. For SteerCo packs only, a signed-in workspace member can ask PMOpack to publish it.

What happens to your data

Five parts of the reporting path.

This is how PMOpack prepares Working Group reports, SteerCo packs, status reports and the other reports in the app. Today, PMOpack can publish SteerCo packs only.

  1. Step 1

    Source data

Upload a supported project file, enter facts from your notes or other materials, or build a new project record from scratch.

  2. Step 2

    Project record

The facts you check and save. PMOpack keeps each customer workspace separate.

  3. Step 3

    Draft report

PMOpack sends the data needed for the draft to its AI service.

  4. Step 4

    Check results

The app runs the checks available for that report and shows any issues.

  5. Step 5

    PDF and history

Open or download the PDF. PMOpack keeps a record of what happened. A SteerCo pack can also be published after a signed-in workspace member asks PMOpack to do it.
